## About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Budget Officer to support financial operations for a healthcare IT program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in budget management, financial operations, invoice tracking, vendor coordination, financial reporting, and healthcare IT programs., * 7+ years managing financial aspects of healthcare IT programs.

 * 7+ years of financial operations and budget management.
 * 5+ years of financial documentation/data management.
 * 5+ years of cross-agency coordination and compliance.
 * 5+ years of invoice lifecycle and vendor management.
 * 5+ years of financial analysis, reporting, and issue resolution.

Ideal Background: Healthcare IT, government IT, financial operations, budgeting, program finance, vendor/invoice management, and financial reporting.

## Description

* Manage budgets, spending, invoices, and financial documentation.
 * Track and validate vendor invoices and ensure timely processing.
 * Monitor contracts, funding, and program expenditures.
 * Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and budget analysis.
 * Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security, vendors, and partner agencies.
 * Identify and resolve financial issues and maintain accurate documentation.
 * Ensure financial activities follow state, federal, and contractual requirements.
