## About the Role

* 6+ years of professional software development experience.

 * Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with full-stack (backend, frontend, Cloud, Infrastructure) development.

 * Familiarity with distributed messaging (Kafka, Kinesis) and caching (example - Redis, ElastiCache).

 * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

 * Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

 * Exposure to startup environments or fast-paced product development cycles.

 * Experience in media, entertainment, or digital platforms is a plus.

## Description

We are seeking a Staff Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with a startup mindset and a passion for solving business problems. This role is ideal for someone who can influence stakeholders, lead architectural decisions, and deliver scalable solutions using SaaS, low-code/no-code platforms, and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

 * Build for Scale: Contribute to the design and development of scalable, secure, and performant systems that modernize legacy platforms.

 * Platform Enablement: Implement and extend SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery and reduce custom development.

 * Collaborative Execution: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver business-aligned solutions.

 * Lean Engineering: Apply rapid prototyping, iterative development, and pragmatic decision-making to drive outcomes.

 * Technical Excellence: Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.

 * Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in Gen AI, cloud-native development, and platform engineering.

 * Mentoring: Mentor the software engineering team to adopt best practices and agile/iterative ways to deliver solutions
