## About the Role

* High School Diploma/GED required.
 * Associates, Vocation or Technical Training in Computer Operations or Operations Management or equivalent work experience preferred.
 * 3 years of experience within a warehouse or technology related field.
 * Strong problem solving, decision making and communication skills
 * Excellent organizational and time management skills
 * Proficient data entry and record keeping skills
 * Working knowledge of laptop and desktop computers and related technology
 * Familiar with basic troubleshooting in Windows or Network environments.
 * Able to manage priorities and reprioritize when needed, working with minimal supervision and high degree of self-direction and motivation.
 * Proficient written and verbal communications.

## Description

* Shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment are among the daily operations of this role.
 * Receive, process, and document equipment returns and new stock orders.
 * Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery area.
 * Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location order and printing requests.
 * Provides quality service by following organization standards.
 * Preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat and tidy.
 * Completes reports by entering proper information into various systems of record, collaborates with Warehouse Supervisor and assists with annual product lifecycle duties.
 * Processes hardware imaging operations while properly asset tagging, computer naming, and maintaining accurate hardware records.
 * Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
