Candidate would provide advanced technical support to end users and internal teams for a Dental Service Organization (DSO) with 11 active offices in California and Indiana. The ideal candidate should have solid understanding of potential hardware and software issues and ability to troubleshoot them, administering user accounts, as well as resolving escalated technical incidents on-site as well remotely. Experience in healthcare environment and understanding of HIPAA regulations is preferred.
