## Description

Author and maintain validation documentation, including: Validation Plans Traceability Matrices Test Scripts and Protocols Validation Reports Support change control activities, system upgrades, releases, and decommissioning efforts. Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and system administration documentation. Serve as a system administrator for assigned laboratory informatics platforms. Partner with laboratory users and management to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions. Lead or support implementation of new laboratory systems and enhancements. Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with global stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts on system functionality and strategy. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, training, and documentation as required. Ensure systems remain compliant with applicable regulatory and quality standards., Power BI
