Experience Requirements * 2+ years of IT support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or Systems Administration experience preferred. * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, mobile devices, and user access issues. * Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory/user account administration. * Experience setting up, configuring, and maintaining computers, peripherals, and business applications. * Familiarity with ticketing systems, IT asset management, and system documentation., * Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to support users of varying technical skill levels. * Experience with employee onboarding/offboarding processes and access management. * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including password management, access controls, and user security awareness. * Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
