 * Help launch and enhance our next set of key features across voice and vision technologies
 * Efficiently complete and deliver tasks and tickets with a high standard of quality and consistency
 * Rapidly gain a comprehensive understanding of our codebase and demonstrate expertise in specific areas, becoming a go-to resource for those domains
 * Provide guidance and support to other engineers on the team, collaborating to execute tasks effectively
 * Create best-in-class software development processes so that we can build a distinguished product
 * Plan to make an impact where you see opportunities within the organization, * No limit on token usage for engineers. Solve bugs, run experiments, ship new features in parallel for max speed.

 * You will work directly with the founders Alex Toporek and John Reim, along with the rest of the engineering organization
 * Compensation range for this position is $180-250K base annual cash salary plus equity
