**MANTECH** seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented **Operations Systems Specialists** to join our team in **Oahu Hawaii** . **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Plans and directs the daily analytical tasks associated with improving computer systems and operational data processing. + Monitor system performance metrics, identify technical bottlenecks, and recommend architectural changes to enhance organizational efficiency. + Implement standardized systems testing procedures and oversee the preparation of Technical Reports for senior executive review and coordination. + Manages the execution of systems analysis and integration tasks for Special Operations Command Centers in the Pacific AOR. + Evaluate regional systems requirements to prioritize infrastructure upgrades and ensure network reliability for high-impact mission sets. + Lead the coordination of Technical Teams to resolve complex software and hardware interface issues affecting theaterwide training
operations. + Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff. **NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below.** **Minimum Qualifications:** **Senior Level** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). + Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical systems protocols **Midlevel** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). + Demonstrated ability to draft technical systems documentation and follow established SOPs. **Preferred Qualifications:** + PMP certification or a related field. + Experience with Navy or Army tactical systems. + Knowledge of MIL-STD cybersecurity and information assurance
