You will collaborate closely with all teams responsible for core customer experiences (from Data, Product, Engineering, Commercial), own problems and their solution end to end, challenge the status quo and help shape how the wider team approaches recurring problems and opportunities. This is a role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, thrives on variety, and wants to have a tangible impact on how customers experience Trainline.
