permissions. * Educating users on system functionality and promote a better understanding of the application suite. * Developing solutions for business problems using SAP Business One and Business Process Automation (BPA) * Creating and maintaining SQL reports. * Serving as liaison between business partners and third party support to develop and gather business requirements * Maintaining close relationships with department leaders to ensure best practices for systemic improvements * Providing raw data to various areas for analytics * Managing and executing continuous improvement projects * Maintaining data integrity and cleanliness of all databases * Ensuring appropriate systems and controls are in place for audit purposes and providing audit evidence to external auditors Skills and Experience * Well organized, detail and process oriented * Self-motivated, team player with the ability to coordinate workload independently to complete tasks * Ability to solve practical problems
and deal with a variety of variables in situations with limited standardization * Ability to lead Change Management projects and initiatives * Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required * Minimum 3 years experience in an ERP systems role is required * Advanced SQL query writing is essential * SAP Business One experience preferred but not essential * Business Process Automation (BPA) experience desirable but not essential

## Description

Job Title ERP System Analyst Department IT Reporting To ERP System Manager Salary - £45k-£55k 2 Days a Week Expected in the Head Office in Blackburn - MUST BE WITHIN AN HOURS COMMUTE Summary of Position The purpose of this role is to ensure the reliable performance of our SAP Business One ERP system. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP related hardware, software, user access, or other problems. Participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test, and implement ERP systems, applications, tasks and integrations. Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability. Coordinate new software releases, fixes and upgrades with third party support team and users. Recommend new features or changes to configuration/workflows based on user feedback. Produce SQL reports.
