## About the Role

* Proven experience delivering data, BI or reporting transformation programmes.
 * Strong background in data governance, KPI frameworks and data quality management.
 * Excellent Power BI and reporting expertise.
 * Knowledge of data modelling, integration and reporting architecture.
 * Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and programme management skills.
 * Experience leading implementation, UAT and knowledge transfer activities.

Desirable Experience:

 * Facilities Management, workplace, property or asset management environments.
 * IWMS/CAFM platforms, including Planon.
 * Experience with outsourced FM providers.
 * Microsoft data and BI technologies.
 * Regulated or security-conscious environments.

* Lead the end-to-end FM Data & Reporting Transformation Programme.
 * Establish data governance, ownership, quality standards and KPI frameworks.
 * Define and implement a central FM data model and reporting architecture.
 * Rationalise existing reporting and develop Power BI dashboards and performance reporting.
 * Manage stakeholders across FM, technical teams and service providers.
 * Oversee testing, implementation, adoption and transition into BAU.
