## About the Role

As a minimum requirement you'll need to be on track to obtain, a 2:2 Bachelor's degree or a pass at Master's level in the following subjects: Software Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

## Description

Location: Rochester (Kent). We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 4-5 days per week., As an undergraduate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining software that supports automated test systems. You will develop knowledge with integrating software, hardware and test equipment to deliver reliable test solutions along with investigating and resolving system issues. Working collaboratively with engineering teams, you will be able to apply effective problem-solving skills with your communication and teamwork, to support product development and testing.

Core duties

 * Developing software using LabVIEW, TestStand and internal engineering tools.
 * Supporting the deployment and maintenance of test system hardware and software.
 * Integrating and verifying test systems for development and production environments.
 * Analysing and resolving software, hardware and test system faults.
 * Creating technical documentation and supporting test procedures.
 * Working with experienced engineers across software, systems and hardware disciplines.
