This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping our applications landscape, integration strategy and solution delivery capability across a global organisation. The role is not limited to maintaining individual applications. It is an opportunity to provide leadership, influence strategic decisions and help shape the future of business technology at Islamic Relief. You will be responsible for ensuring that technology investments deliver meaningful organisational value, supporting colleagues across multiple countries and functions. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of business analysts, developers, project professionals and application specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will: Shape the future direction of our business applications portfolio. Lead the selection, implementation and optimisation of new solutions. Improve integration, interoperability and data flows across systems. Simplify and rationalise technology where appropriate. Ensure technology decisions balance value, risk, cost and long-term sustainability.
