Strong, demonstrable experience with Microsoft Intune - essential!
Microsoft Azure administration experience
High-level Microsoft 365 support and administration
Microsoft Copilot and wider 365 knowledge
Experience working within an IT support environment (MSP experience preferred)
Excellent customer-facing communication skills
The confidence to troubleshoot complex issues and take ownership
Full UK driving licence and own vehicleExperience with Halo PSA, Power Apps, Power Automate or wider networking knowledge? Even better!
