## About the Role

Proven senior technical leadership experience within food, beverage, alcohol or related manufacturing environments.

 - Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, food safety systems and regulatory compliance.
 - Experience developing and implementing sustainability or ESG strategies.
 - Able to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
 - A confident leader passionate about driving standards, developing people and delivering operational excellence.

## Description

Develop and deliver the company's technical strategy to support business growth and customer expectations.

 - Lead food safety, quality and compliance activities across the business.
 - Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with BRCGS, HACCP and legislative requirements.
 - Drive sustainability and ESG initiatives, including environmental performance, waste reduction and reporting frameworks.
 - Lead customer, regulatory and third-party audit activities.
 - Partner closely with Operations and other business functions to deliver continuous improvement projects.
 - Coach, develop and lead the technical team while embedding a strong culture of quality and compliance.
 - Act as the senior technical contact for customers, suppliers and certification bodies.
