## About the Role

Previous school-based data, admissions or administration experience is essential.

Strong Excel skills and experience with Arbor, SIMS, Bromcom or another school MIS would be highly desirable. You'll need excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working to deadlines.

## Description

A secondary school in Barnet is looking for an experienced Data & Admissions Administrator to join its administration team.

You'll be responsible for keeping pupil information accurate while also supporting the admissions process. It's a varied position that would suit someone who enjoys working with data but also likes having regular contact with families and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities

 * Maintaining accurate pupil records
 * Managing admissions applications
 * Processing new starters, leavers and transfers
 * Updating the school's MIS
 * Supporting attendance and assessment data
 * Producing reports and spreadsheets
 * Assisting with census returns
 * Liaising with parents and Local Authorities
 * Maintaining admissions documentation
 * Supporting the wider administration team
