Working in a small team, you will collaborate with Legal teams, data engineers and developers to strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organisation. By delivering high quality analytical solutions across reporting solutions such as Power BI, the Data Analyst enables teams to make informed decisions, identify performance drivers, and continuously improve operational outcomes., Reporting & Data Visualisation * Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights * Apply data visualisation best practices to effectively communicate findings to varied audiences * Automate routine and recurring reports to improve efficiency and consistency. Data Analysis & Insight * Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities aligned to business objectives * Provide analytical support to inform key business initiatives and decision making * Generate meaningful insights to support both operational and strategic outcomes Stakeholder Engagement * Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Provide guidance and training to end-users on accessing, interpreting, and leveraging reports and dashboards effectively. * Present insights and recommendations that influence operational and strategic decision-making.
