Youll be someone who: * Is technically minded and confident learning new digital systems and tools. * Enjoys structure, routine and process-driven work. * Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right. * Is organised, reliable and able to manage multiple updates and deadlines. * Is comfortable working with spreadsheets, digital systems or online tools. * Has a basic understanding of how websites work and are structured. * Can follow a brief carefully and check your own work for accuracy. * Has good written communication skills. * Is curious, open-minded and keen to develop your digital knowledge. * Brings an adaptable, welcoming, supportive and enthusiastic approach to the team. It would be great if you already have some experience or knowledge of: * Content Management Systems (CMS). * Basic SEO, including metadata, headings, internal linking and image alt text. * Resizing, cropping or compressing images. * Google Analytics, Search Console or other website reporting tools. * GEO, AI search or developments in digital discovery. * Travel, tourism or luxury customer experiences. This is a hands-on digital role thats ideal for someone who enjoys working methodically, following clear processes and using technology to get things right. Youll work behind the scenes to make sure our website content is accurately uploaded, formatted and presented to a consistently high standard. Using our Content Management System (CMS), youll update everything from villa and destination information to blogs, campaign pages and imagery, while carrying out website checks, preparing digital assets and supporting basic SEO activity. You dont need to be a website expert from day one. What matters most is that youre digitally confident, highly organised, have a great eye for detail and are keen to learn.
