* Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der hybriden IT-Infrastruktur (On-Prem & Azure)
 * Administration von Windows-Server-, Netzwerk- und Security-Umgebungen
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von System- und Netzwerkstörungen
 * Sicherstellung von Backup-, Recovery- und Disaster-Recovery-Prozessen
 * Betreuung von rund 430 Anwendern in Deutschland und den USA
 * Mitwirkung bei der Integration der US-Niederlassung in die bestehende IT-Landschaft
 * Unterstützung bei internationalen Infrastruktur- und Standortprojekten
 * Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring, IT-Prozessen und Betriebsabläufen
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
