## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Signalverarbeitung, Systems Engineering oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Systems Engineering, in der Systemarchitektur oder im Requirements Engineering
 * Erfahrung mit komplexen Hard- und Softwaresystemen, idealerweise im Luftfahrt-, Raumfahrt-, Verteidigungs- oder Kommunikationsumfeld
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Funkkommunikation, Signalverarbeitung oder Kommunikationssysteme von Vorteil
 * Erfahrung mit MBSE sowie gängigen Tools wie Cameo, DOORS, Jama oder Enterprise Architect
 * Kenntnisse im V-Modell sowie in den Bereichen Systemintegration, Verifikation und Validierung
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit luftfahrtspezifischen Standards und Zulassungsprozessen (z. B. DO-178)
 * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein ganzheitliches Systemverständnis
 * Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ2) sowie Erfüllung der sicherheitsrelevanten Voraussetzungen im Projektumfeld.

* Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Kommunikations- und Missionssysteme im Luft-, Raumfahrt- und Verteidigungsumfeld
 * Erstellung, Analyse und Pflege von Systemarchitekturen über den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus
 * Aufnahme, Analyse und Nachverfolgung von Systemanforderungen (Requirements Engineering)
 * Mitarbeit an Systemdesign, Integration, Verifikation und Systemtests
 * Unterstützung technischer Entscheidungen auf Systemebene und Abstimmung mit interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams
 * Anwendung von Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) zur Modellierung und Dokumentation komplexer Systeme
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen gemäß etablierter Entwicklungsprozesse
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern sowie verständliche Kommunikation technischer Sachverhalte
