## About the Role

1. Mit Deinem abgeschlossenen technischen Studium, z. B. im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, oder Deiner abgeschlossenen Ausbildung mit IT-Bezug, bspw. als Fachinformatiker*in, bzw. einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation,
 2. Deiner ersten Erfahrung (mind. 1 Jahr) im IT-Umfeld bzw. in der Beratung und Einführung von komplexer Business-Software, bestenfalls im ECM-/DMS-Bereich,
 3. Deinem gekonnten Umgang mit Datenbanken und Programmiersprachen, z. B. XML, VBA, C#, Java bzw. JavaScript,
 4. Deinem ausgeprägten Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse und technische Zusammenhänge,
 5. Deinen sicheren Deutschkenntnissen (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift,
 6. Deiner analytischen Denkweise und hohen Eigeninitiative sowie Deiner ausgeprägten Problemlösungsfähigkeit,
 7. Deiner offenen und kommunikativen Art sowie Deinem souveränen Auftreten.

 * Be an early applicant, 1. Du entwickelst Konzepte zur Abbildung von Geschäftsprozessen für unsere Enterprise Content Management (ECM)-Softwarelösung enaio®.
 2. Du begleitest Kundenprojekte und übernimmst das entsprechende Projektmanagement.
 3. Du bist dabei für die technische Integration von enaio® in die IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden zuständig.
 4. Du konzipierst und implementierst elektronische Akten sowie Workflows zur Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen bei unseren Kunden und stehst ihnen darüber hinaus als technische Ansprechperson zur Verfügung.
 5. Du gibst Deine Erfahrungen und Dein Know-how aus der Praxis in von Dir durchgeführten Schulungen an Administrator*innen und Key-User sowie an Deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen weiter.
