## Description

* Du übernimmst den Support und unterstützt Anwender:innen national sowie international - per Telefon, Fernwartung oder bei Bedarf vor Ort
 * Supportfälle dokumentierst und bewertest du, entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung und hältst die Knowledge-Base praxisnah und aktuell
 * Komplexe Anliegen koordinierst du gemeinsam mit den 3rd-Level-Experten und stellst einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicher
 * IT-Equipment steuerst du über den gesamten Lebenszyklus - von Auswahl und Beschaffung bis Inventarisierung, Wartung und Ausmusterung
 * Neue IT-Systeme und Lösungen bewertest du mit deiner Expertise und begleitest Auswahl wie Einführung
 * Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden mit zuverlässigen, leistungsfähigen und zukunftsfähigen IT-Arbeitsplätzen arbeiten können
