## Description

Key-User-Unterstützung: Unterstützung der etablierten SAP-Key-User bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Kernsysteme SAP PDA und ARP (Airbus Resource Planning, PEA), insbesondere in den Bereichen Routing, Work-Order-Erstellung und Stammdatenpflege

 - Anwenderbetreuung / First-Level-Support: Betreuung und Unterstützung der Endanwender aus der Arbeitsvorbereitung (Operational ME - Manufacturing Engineering) sowie den Fertigungsbereichen am Standort Hamburg bei operativen Systemstörungen und Anwendungsfragen
 - Daten- und Prozesspflege: Mitwirkung bei der Validierung, Pflege und Optimierung von ME-Stammdaten, Arbeitsplänen sowie Daten zur Fertigungssteuerung in SAP
 - Test- und Rollout-Unterstützung: Durchführung von Anwendertests (Business Acceptance Tests) im Rahmen von Systemanpassungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungs- und Rollout-Maßnahmen
 - Projektunterstützung und Koordination: Aktive Mitarbeit und Koordination in verschiedenen SAP-Projekten, insbesondere in den Bereichen Stakeholder-Management, Kapazitätsplanung und Reporting
