* Sales process optimisation - Analyse, optimise and continuously improve end-to-end sales & distribution processes within SAP SD and the wider S/4HANA system
 * S/4HANA Private Cloud transformation - Support and shape the organisation's S/4HANA transformation into the Private Cloud, focusing on SD and sales processes
 * SD Customizing & implementation - Perform SAP SD configuration/customising, implement new requirements and support system enhancements
 * Requirements & stakeholder collaboration - Work closely with business departments and key users to capture, assess and implement sales requirements
 * Process harmonisation & digitalisation - Identify opportunities for standardisation, optimisation and digitalisation across sales processes
 * SAP project support - Contribute to SAP projects, transformation initiatives, testing, documentation and implementation activities
 * Knowledge transfer - Deliver training, documentation and knowledge transfer to users and key stakeholders
