 * Bearbeitung und Dokumentation der eingehenden Supportanfragen über ein Ticketsystem (Jira)
 * Analyse und Priorisierung der Probleme, Finden von Lösungen oder Weiterleitung an zuständige Spezialisten
 * Kontinuierliche Überprüfung der Prozesse und Abläufe zur Nutzung von Optimierungspotenzialen
