 * Be an early applicant, * Bearbeitung und Lösung technischer Supportanfragen im Hard- und Softwareumfeld
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Arbeitsplätzen sowie Endgeräten
 * Unterstützung neuer Anwender bei der technischen Einarbeitung und Nutzung der Systeme
 * Analyse, Priorisierung und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen im IT-Betrieb
 * Vorbereitung, Einrichtung und Bereitstellung von Hardwarekomponenten
 * Unterstützung bei Fragestellungen rund um Hardware, Software, Netzwerke und IT-Infrastruktur
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen sowie technischen Einweisungen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen IT-Services
 * Dokumentation von Supportvorgängen, Fehleranalysen und Lösungsmaßnahmen
