 * Kenntnisse im Aufbau von Unternehmensnetzwerken und Visualisierungsumgebungen (Citrix, Xen-Desktop)
 * Erfahrungen im Bereich Active-Directory, Microsoft Betriebssystemen (Office 365 etc.)
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständiges, erfolgs- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Nachweis eines ausreichenden Masernimpfschutzes, ggf. Nachweis einer Immunität gegen Masern (wenn Sie nach 31.12.1970 geboren sind)

## Description

* Unterstützung und Anleitung der AnwenderInnen und Key-User bei Problemstellungen von IT-Systemen und unternehmensspezifischer Software
 * Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen
 * Betreuung telefonischer und schriftlicher Supportanfragen
 * Vor-Ort-Betreuung, Installation und Aufbau von IT-Endgeräten und Videokonferenzsystemen
 * Überprüfung sowie Austausch der Hardware / Peripheriegeräte im Störungsfall (Arbeitsplatz, Verkabelung)
 * Netzwerkanbindung patchen für Clientsysteme aus dem IT-Warenkorb
 * Unterstützung im Ticketsystem
