* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management von ERP- oder IT-Rollouts, idealerweise im Handelsumfeld
 * Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (Infor, SAP oder vergleichbar)

 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke sowie Gespür für Endanwender
 * Proaktive, eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Analytische Denkweise sowie aufgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz

Du verantwortest die operative Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung unserer ERP-Rollouts über alle Gesellschafter hinweg. Mit Deinem Organisationstalent, Deiner Kommunikationsstärke und Deinem Blick fürs Ganze sorgst Du für reibungslose Go-Lives, effektive Hypercare-Phasen und eine hohe Anwenderzufriedenheit.

 * Rollout-Planung & Koordination:

 * Aufbau einer skalierbaren Rollout-Struktur über alle Gesellschafter hinweg
 * Enge Abstimmung mit Programm- und Projektmanagement zu Zeitplänen, Ressourcen und Abhängigkeiten
 * Change- & Trainingsmanagement:

 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Trainingskonzepten für Anwender mit unterschiedlicher IT-Affinität
 * Unterstützung bei Change-Kommunikation und Akzeptanzförderung
 * Deployment & Hypercare:

 * Organisation und Begleitung von Go-Lives, Cutover-Phasen und Hypercare
 * Sicherstellung einer stabilen Überführung in Supportstrukturen sowie kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
