* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Risk Management, Data Governance oder Data Management im Finanzsektor
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen wie BCBS239, Basel III, CRR und ECB-Regularien
 * Praktische Erfahrung mit Data Lineage, Metadatenmanagement, Data Quality Frameworks und Governance-Tools (z. B. Collibra)
 * Breites Verständnis von Kredit-, Markt-, Liquiditäts- und operationellen Risiken
 * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Identifikation und nachhaltigen Behebung von Datenproblemen
 * Hohe Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz auf Fach- und Managementebene
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, Visio und PowerPoint; Kenntnisse in Power BI, Tableau, SQL oder VBA sind von Vorteil

## Description

* Operative Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Data-Governance-Anforderungen im Rahmen des BCBS239-Programms.
 * Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität, Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit von Risikodaten über alle Risikodisziplinen hinweg.
 * Analyse und Behebung von Datenqualitäts- und Data-Lineage-Problemen inklusive Root-Cause-Analysen.
 * Steuerung und Moderation von Governance-Gremien sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Data Ownern, Data Stewards, IT, Compliance und Fachbereichen.
 * Unterstützung regulatorischer Prüfungen und Audits durch Bereitstellung von Dokumentationen, Datenqualitätskennzahlen und Governance-Nachweisen.
 * Definition und Implementierung von Datenstandards, Metadaten- und Governance-Prozessen innerhalb der EMEA-Organisation.
 * Begleitung komplexer Daten- und Transformationsprojekte sowie Koordination bereichsübergreifender Maßnahmen.
