Desirable * Experience working within a large, complex or highly data-driven organisation. * Knowledge of data governance, metadata management and master data principles. * Experience delivering both internal operational reporting and external/customer-facing analytics. * Experience improving or transforming an established analytics and reporting function. ## Description We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Analyst to take ownership of the day-to-day analytics and reporting function within a complex, data-driven environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for managing a team of analysts, overseeing reporting delivery and ensuring data and insight are reliable, accessible and aligned to business priorities.
