## Description

A rare opportunity to join the technical excellence function at a major UK investment platform (2M+ clients, £120bn+ AUM, based in Bristol) - helping advance the organisation's AI capability maturity and raise coding standards across the wider engineering team. You'll be recognised as a technical expert among your peers, driving best practice through mentoring, code review and cross-team knowledge-sharing, while writing high-quality, well-engineered software yourself. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will influence technical direction at squad level and play an active role in team-wide and cross-team initiatives, contributing to the ongoing evolution of engineering excellence across the business.
