As a Test Solution Design Engineer, you will: Support the creation and delivery of test solutions within a defined work package area, ensuring that the solution meets all stakeholder requirements across performance, cost and schedule. Capture, analyse and mature stakeholder needs, associating priority, interest and influence to determine the optimum technical approach to solving complex engineering challenges. Design and development of electronic hardware solutions across the full design lifecycle, from concept and detailed design through to integration, verification and qualification. Produce high-quality design documentation and technical reports, ensuring configuration control and compliance with relevant standards and processes. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment with other elements of the programme. Contribute to the resolution of emerging technical issues by proposing
