* Strong C# and .NET development experience
 * .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
 * REST API and microservices architecture
 * Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
 * SQL Server and data integration
 * CI/CD, Git and automated testing
 * Modern software architecture and design patterns

Agentic AI Experience (Essential):

 * Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf or similar
 * Building, integrating or orchestrating AI agents within business applications
 * Working with LLM APIs and AI development frameworks
 * Prompt engineering and AI-assisted software delivery
 * Experience designing workflows that combine human and AI decision-making
 * Understanding of AI governance, security and best practices, * Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills
 * Passion for emerging AI technologies
 * Excellent stakeholder communication
 * Experience working within Agile delivery teams
 * A continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for innovation
