investigate and resolve application issues Gather and document business requirements Contribute to basic functional solution design Create test plans, test cases and document results Test system changes, customisations and developments Support escalated ERP issues from the helpdesk Work with Finance and other business teams across EMEA Contribute to ERP projects and process improvements Gain exposure to the migration of existing sites onto OracleYou may also work with other business applications over time as your experience develops.What you needWe are looking for someone with some relevant systems, application or ERP experience who wants to develop further within Oracle.You should be comfortable with: Learning new systems and technologies Gathering and analysing information Following established processes Documenting your work clearly Working with both technical teams and business users Managing defined tasks and prioritiesThe Level 1 role is designed around completing well-defined work
