AI-Assisted Development: Experience leveraging agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or AI-assisted coding CLI workflows) to accelerate code generation, refactoring, and daily execution. Message-Driven Architecture: Hands-on experience with Kafka, Apache Flink, or equivalent real-time event-streaming platforms. Containers & Data: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and relational databases (MS SQL, Sybase). Delivery Automation & Monitoring: Strong focus on automated testing, automated release pipelines, and observability tools
(Grafana, Prometheus). Supporting the trading activity of major institutional clients and hedge funds, this team is responsible for driving high-performance, real-time trade processing systems for Equity Swaps and related derivative products.Key Responsibilities Design and build core lifecycle components, including a modern, real-time data streaming platform. Partner with Architecture, Product, QA, and Business Analysis teams to deliver scalable solutions that optimise full front-to-back business workflows. Participate in Agile ceremonies, refine requirements, and leverage modern AI tooling (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar developer agents) into daily engineering
