Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing As a Whitespace Automation Consultant, you'll work directly with clients to understand their business, implementing configurable, rules-driven automation across the placement process to reduce manual effort, increase speed and add clarity and consistency. You'll: * Build trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and providing ongoing support for their automations. * Analyse automation use cases to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, improved workflows and greater adoption. * Gather, review and translate business requirements from clients into logical, implementable configuration in line with best practice * Advise clients and design configuration solutions based on understanding of the WA solution, insurance processes and the Whitespace Platform and its data * Scope and support configuration of insurance product rules, validation logic and workflows within the Whitespace Automation solution. * Validate outputs against realistic business scenarios and to ensure accuracy. * Support client testing, defect management and release readiness. * Facilitate client workshops, requirements review sessions and stakeholder discussions. * Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams to deliver successful implementations. * Support pre-sales activities, product demonstrations and customer presentations. * Deliver training sessions and promote best practice across both clients and internal teams. * Mentor colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of our consulting capability., * Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, Implementation Consulting or similar customer-facing roles. * The insurance industry, with London Market experience highly desirable. * Scoping insurance product rules, validation logic and workflow processes. * Insurance technology platforms, digital transformation or process improvement initiatives. * Insurance products, business rules, data and workflow automation. * Working closely with broking and underwriting teams to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions. * Building trusted stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-makers at all levels. * Producing high-quality documentation ensuring traceability and transparency in client implementations. * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills. ## Related Videos - [You don't need to write the code.
