Job DescriptionSenior Systems Engineer Bristol £48,000 - £53,000 + bonus and benefits We're recruiting for aSenior Systems Engineerto a leading engineering business on a permanent basis. Working within the systems engineering and product development teams, you'll play a key role across the full systems lifecycle - from requirements definition and system architecture through to integration, verification and validation. You'll be involved in:Developing and managing system requirements and architectures. Applying Systems Engineering and MBSE methodologies. Leading Integration, Verification & Validation (IV&V) activities. Developing verification and test plans for new products and systems. Ensuring designs meet requirements, standards and regulatory expectations. Working closely with engineering, project and product development teams.We're looking for:A degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent experience. 3+ years' experience in Systems Engineering, Integration, Verification &
Validation or a related engineering environment. Experience with requirements, system architecture and verification/testing. Experience in a regulated or compliance-driven engineering environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of MBSE, INCOSE or ISO 15288 would be advantageous. A structured, analytical approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
