* Commercial Software Engineering experience with C# and .NET
 * Experience working as a Senior/Lead engineer acting as a technical Lead
 * Experience building backend services and REST APIs.
 * Understanding of event-driven, asynchronous or service-based architectures.
 * Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
 * Experience with automated testing, source control and code reviews.
 * Ability to work from technical documentation and requirements.
 * Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools., * Microservices.
 * AWS Lambda, ECS or EC2.
 * Blazor / MudBlazor.
 * CI/CD.
 * Docker.
 * Observability, logging and monitoring.
 * Secure coding and resilient application development.

## Description

You'll be working on modern, scalable software across C#/.NET, AWS, APIs, event-driven architecture and distributed systems, with genuine scope to influence how the platform evolves. The business is also embracing AI-assisted engineering, giving developers access to modern tools and approaches to build better software, faster., * Act as a Technical lead, Mentoring other Engineers and performing code Reviews

 * Build and maintain production software using C# and .NET.
 * Develop backend services, APIs and event-driven applications.
 * Work with PostgreSQL and AWS cloud technologies.
 * Contribute to microservices, integrations and distributed systems.
 * Support UI development using Blazor where required.
 * Write automated tests and participate in peer code reviews.
 * Troubleshoot issues and support production systems.
 * Translate requirements into technical tasks and contribute to delivery estimates.
 * Use AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, as part of the development process.
