# UX Designer / Product Designer - £88K - Global Tech

- **Company:** Principle
- **Location:** Slough, UK
- **Experience:** Expert
- **Salary:** £88,000.0
- **Contract:** Temporary contract

## About the Role

* 4-6 years in UX, product or interaction design, on complex or enterprise-grade tools rather than purely consumer work.
 * Real depth in Figma - it's where you'll live.
 * A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just your screens. Strong complex-tooling work from any domain counts; it needn't be advertising.
 * Systems thinking, and the knack for explaining a thorny problem - and your way through it - so designers and non-designers both follow you.
 * A working command of user-research practices.
 * A degree in design, UX or a related product field.
 * The kind of person a small team is glad to have in the room. Here, how you collaborate counts as much as how you design.
