In this role, you will support businesses in adopting modern cloud technologies, improving productivity, and achieving digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading IT & Cloud platforms, support B2B clients, and develop your technical and consultative expertise.
Key Responsibilities

 + Assist Dutch-speaking B2B clients with cloud solution inquiries and product guidance
 + Provide expert support on cloud-based productivity tools and services
 + Understand client needs and recommend appropriate cloud solutions
 + Manage technical inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary
 + Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience
 + Collaborate with internal technical and product teams
