It is required to have knowledge and experience in the use of generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to the workplace, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI. ## Description We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join a large-scale Software Engineering program focused on Program Control Services. In this role, you will act as a servant leader, facilitator, and Agile coach, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while fostering continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration across the organization. The position is based in Spain and follows a hybrid working model, combining remote work with office attendance to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
