## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
 + 4-6 years of experience in Azure Configuration or development.
 + Experience working in applications using MS SQL.
 + Deep hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure Portal ecosystem (e.g., Application Insights, Azure Data Factory, Azure Dashboard, API Management, Traceability, etc.).
 + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

## Description

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems.
 + Document and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams.
 + Maintain and improve a list of standard operating procedures.
 + Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs.
 + Ensure software systems are up to date and functioning properly.
 + Contribute to the product development during testing, release and hyper-care of new functionality as required
