## About the Role

3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner.
Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, or application support.
Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Relevant certifications such as Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, or User Experience Design are a strong plus.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-pressure environments with a positive and proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Define, own, and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy.
Translate business requirements into well-structured epics and user stories.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business processes and delivery goals.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Validate and refine requirements to ensure clarity, feasibility, and consistency.
Ensure continuous product value delivery aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Apply Scrum best practices and contribute to an effective Agile delivery process.
