## About the Role

+ Hands-on experience in application operations, systems administration or production support in complex technical environments.
 + Have a deep background on mainframe systems including CICS, JCL, COBOL and DB2.
 + Have experience working with OPC, EDITRAN, Omegamon and other IBM tools.
 + Demonstrable experience in working with zOS IBM environment.
 + Proficient in English for written and spoken business communication, with Spanish for local collaboration.

## Description

Join Deutsche Bank's Application Operations team in Spain, supporting business-critical applications in a regulated banking environment. The role focuses on ensuring stable, secure and efficient day-to-day application operations while collaborating closely with technology and business teams.
Responsibilities

 + Provide Level 2 application technical support to ensure availability, stability and performance of critical systems.
 + Operate and support applications across Mainframe environments.
 + Monitor applications using observability tools and proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and recurring issues.
 + Support change, release and incident management processes in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
 + Take ownership of specific application areas or processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives., + Emotionally and mentally balanced: We support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental health.
