Good communication and critical thinking - Experience contributing to testing standards, quality governance, or testing center of excellence initiatives. - Experience defining or using testing metrics such as defect leakage, coverage, execution progress, and release readiness. - Experience implementing structured testing processes across multiple projects or programs. - Familiarity with establishing reusable templates for test plans, traceability, and reporting. - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project delivery practices. - Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and risk-based testing practices. - Experience developing test plans, coordinating test execution, and managing defect resolution. - Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate distributed testing teams. - Strong experience with test management platforms such as Azure DevOps or similar tools. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in complex project environments. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to build strong working relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
