Our partner is looking for a Data Specialist based in Spain. This role is focused on owning and evolving end-to-end data infrastructure, analytics, and reporting in a fully remote, global environment. You will be responsible for building reliable data pipelines, designing scalable dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all business-critical reporting. Acting as a key enabler of data-driven decision-making, you will work closely with engineering and business teams to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights. The environment is fast-moving and highly autonomous, requiring strong ownership, precision, and proactive problem-solving. You will also play a central role in identifying anomalies, improving data quality, and strengthening analytics systems across the organization. This is a high-impact position where your work directly influences strategic decisions and operational performance. Accountabilities: Manage and optimize end-to-end data pipelines and data warehouse systems using ETL tools such as Stitch and Google BigQuery. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting systems using Looker Studio to support business intelligence needs across teams. Ensure accurate implementation and monitoring of Google Analytics (GA4), including event tracking, validation, and reporting consistency.
