Deciding where data should live, how it should be modelled, and which Databricks features to use for building scalable pipelines. Defining governance, security, and data quality standards, help optimize performance and costs, and work closely with data engineers and consumers to turn requirements into working, production-ready data solutions. Your Tasks + Platform Design: Architect and manage the end-to-end Databricks environment, including Unity Catalog, workspaces, and networking. + Data Strategy: Define and implement the Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and cross-domain data modeling. + Pipeline Excellence: Lead the design of scalable ETL/ELT workflows using Spark, Delta Lake, and Databricks Workflows. + Governance & Security: Establish enterprise-wide standards for data quality, lineage, access control, and compliance. + Optimization: Drive "FinOps" initiatives by tuning query performance and optimizing cluster/storage costs., + Join our international, ambitious, and collaborative teams that value ownership and excellence. + Structured onboarding for smooth integration. + Company-wide events (Christmas, Spring, Summer) and regular afterworks. + Community initiatives and team-driven activities (Football team, Gaming channel).
