## Description

Hays are working with a well-established organisation seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Data Capture Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement.
Your new role
As a Data Capture Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing and capturing information from various financial forms, including CGT, IHT and ISA/JISA documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy and integrity of data while supporting operational reporting and client service delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:

 * Accurately capturing and validating data from client forms and documentation.
 * Interpreting complex or non-standard information and resolving discrepancies.
 * Maintaining trackers, control sheets and audit records to monitor progress and productivity.
 * Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance.
 * Supporting monthly reporting by tracking processing volumes and performance metrics.
 * Identifying, documenting and escalating data errors or anomalies where appropriate.
 * Using Excel and internal systems to manage workload and maintain accurate records.
 * Participating in team meetings and providing updates on progress, performance and improvement opportunities.
 * Working both independently and collaboratively to achieve team objectives and service levels.
