Additional Information to Note * Working hours: 36 hours per week. * Hybrid working arrangement. * Minimum 2 days per week office-based. * Experience with Building Control legislation highly desirable. * Experience reading and interpreting architectural drawings is essential. * Supervisory responsibility for Technical Support staff. * Attendance at occasional evening and weekend meetings may be required. * Strong IT skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office and document management systems. ## Description As a Senior Technical Support Officer, you will lead the technical support function within Building Control, ensuring the delivery of efficient, customer-focused administrative, financial, and technical support services. You will supervise Technical Support staff, manage Building Control systems and processes, and support the effective operation of the Building Control Service.
