This role is the front line for help desk requests, physical IT setup, and network/system troubleshooting - you'll be the person people call when a workstation won't boot, a printer won't connect, or a plant's network drops. You'll split your time between locations (travel between sites required), working independently to keep each plant's IT running with minimal downtime.
